Party Rental Very Dishonest & Rude Over Charge Credit Cards Miami

I hired them to provide the service of a bounce house a clown & Elmo for my daughter bday party. They specifically told me that they would bring the bounce house by noon & pick it up by sunset. (8pm or so) they dropped off the bounce house at 7am & picked it up at 6pm... My party started at 4:30pm, therefore I only had the bounce house for an hour & ahalf, it was not used prior to the party starting. The clown & Elmo Show was terrible, they were suppose to be there at 5pm they showed up at 3pm, I only had 2 o 3 kids in my house.

When I called to complian the owner yelled at me & told me it was on the contract although, they did take my credit card & charged it immediately (2wks prior to party) but they did not hand me, mail me or give me any type of contract. They also recharged me the day prior to the party 120% of what was charged originally. I ended up paying twice for this horrific service. Do not recommend them! Please look for a more honest company to do your children's parties.
