Empty Promises - Scam

I am a real estate investor as well. Unfortunately I did not research this company as much as the investor from Wayne, CA did. I did buy a property from them in Ohio earlier this year. I was promised the property is beautifully remodeled and a 2nd Buyer is in place to be resold. I have multiple issues with that property.

Not only there is no buyer as they promises, the property is in bad shape. It is so bad that many insurance companies refused to insure it. It needs a lot of work. The place is run down. It has been 4 months now..

The did re-paint the outside after numerous, numerous, and numerous complaints. I am not even sure of the condition from inside. Many calls get unanswered..

Bruce, I saw your rebuttal. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt. You say you are legit and running an honest business. Can you tell me when my property will be habitable and insurable? Where are the lined up buyers? Is this how a business is run? How come I always get we are working on it? As much as I do not believe everything posted on the internet, what would you call this type business?
