Sold me a property but no buyer insight

Unfortunately, I invested in a property through Fortuno, Inc. And WHAT A NIGHTMARE this has turned out to be! I took title of the property back in November. According to the contract, they would be finding buyer #2 within average of 90 days. Here we are 7 months later and no buyer to be seen. What a joke this Company is. And of course they also say in the contract that if they do not find a buyer within that space of time then they will exchange it for another property - again, this DID NOT happen.

It seems that I was constantly calling these people for an update, and half of the time they never used to return my calls. When they did it was the usual lies - "oh, we have two people interested" blah blah blah, and then nothing...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, unless you want the nightmare experience that I and apparantly several other investors have had. I would love to sue these people, so if anybody else is interested in filing a lawsuit, get intouch. Thanks.
