Morris Hutson is in Dayton TN cheating to be always a weathly property buyer. He really doesn't have cash of their own, but pretends he does to key people into signing a with him to buy their property. Then he ties up their home so that they may do nothing withit of course if they attempt to split the agreement he sues them.
I understand one person who he agreed to purchase their resort for $2 trillion bucks. He never paid them a penny but agreed to market them back a little bit of the home for $8,000. They settled him due to their own home which he'd never set something along on. He didn't do the job he guaranteed with designers, companies, etc. Their objective was to obtain the $8,000 and tie-up the home before operator might attempt to split the agreement, he then might prosecute them.

He did the same to a different house owner who really settled him $5,000 simply to allow them out-of their agreement and never prosecute him.

He also pretends to create DVDs about coaching horses he guarantees can be purchased "nationwide" which he makes a large number of bucks per week in revenue.

I also understand aged ladies he guaranteed A - 30 to 40% return on the expense, withing a couple of months, when they might simply provide him some cash.

He's a con-man of the worst kind. He does not spend his expenses. He owes attorneys, real estate agents, companies, landlords, and other people who'll work with him in good faith. Should you fulfill this guy, don't provide him cash, don't signal a deal for-anything, nor think a term out-of his mouth.
