Beware of this real estate broker. They act deceptively and are not interested in representing their client's best interests. This person sold a property to me for more than 10 times what he paid, without disclosing that he had paid a fraction of my price. Making a profit is understandable but it is not fair to completely rip people off. The property he sold was in disrepair and should be torn down. He made promises that the property was zoned for multi-family, in writing, which then were completely false. He will do anything to make a dollar and take your money. Do your due diligence before conducting any real estate business with Jerry Siedenburg of Freeport Illinois. Check the property, get it inspected several times, and do not believe a word he tells you. Mr. Siedenburg will promise you the world until he cashes your check. Don't fall for it and find someone else to do business with. I have personally lost over $75,000 as a result of Jerry Siedenburg and his real estate scams - do not be his next victim - protect yourself and find other people to work with.
