Ripoff real estate investment scam, buyer partner program is a scam

Nexidis along with Global Financial Solutions attempted to defraud the public by stating that there program was going to allow you to be a real esate investor by using your (good credit) personal financial statement, to finance real estate,: foreclosures, distrested properties, new building projects upon obtaing the properties you would retain the mortgaged property on your credit and in your name until the property was sold 4-6 months according to Nexidis, they would personally manage all aspects of the acquisition, payment, property management, and sale of the properties.

There was a fee of $5000.00 plus a $50.00 credit report fee and a contract between Nexidis and the investor to get into the Buyer Partner Program for Nexidis. You would in turn make a commision of 5% on all transactions using your credit, they had guarenteed that if the property did not sell within 15 months they would buy the property back from you for the loan amount.

I later discovered after 2 years and no reimbursement of my initial investment that Nexidis did not follow thru on there end of the contract. And found by searching the internet that Nexidis and Global Financial Solutions had Ceast and Desist actions brought against them from various states to stop there business in that state.

Bottom line is that Nexidis defrauded the public and that this was another real estate investment scam, that took your money and recieved nothing in return, I would like to get the word out there so that nobody gets burned by this organization again, even if it comes back under a different name
