I purchased THE BRAND NEW Home from their store on December 1. When we shifted in 1 month later, the wood floor in the home is bending a great deal locations as much as 1", I did so protest for them. They stated: They believes just how to resolve issue. Untill now's a few months, they didn't do something... After I question them again. They usually solution they believe...
