Promises not kept

I am responding to "Carlyn" of Union City, NJ and anyone else who has been lied to by this company. I am writing on behalf of my fiance, David Becker, who also had many unkept promises made to him by these people. He was promised a monthly payment of $2,600, and when he was sitting at the closing table, he was told immediately prior to signing that the actual monthly payment would be $3,400... But that this would only be temporary, while they worked to repair his credit.

Over 1 year later, still no lowered rate, no credit repair that we are aware of, no return of monies in "escrow" and no one addressing these issues after NUMEROUS attempts on our part to reolve the situation. Phone calls and e-mails are not returned, and Mr. DeMarco himself is always "in a meeting" and unable to come to the phone or to even respond to the many voicemail messages we have left. Almost all the agents we dealt with at the inception of the agreement have "disappeared"... Aka "left the company"... (HUGE employee turnover), and no one remaining with the company is aware of what the original agreement/arrangement was.

We are in fear of losing David's home, as now we do not know what our current status is, and no one but Mr. DeMarco himself is aware of the terms of the original agreement. He is not forthcoming with any assistance or information. Help!!
