Bad business policy

I am a business owner who accepts checks for services rendered. I received a check from an individual for $500.00 and it bounced. It cost me time and money. The check was written from a Bank of America account. I later received another check for $500.00 and before I wasted my time and money again, I called Bank of America to verify funds. They told me it is there policy to longer verify funds. I am sick and tired of the people who do not play by the rules having all the rights and the business people having less and less. I will no longer accept checks from anyone who has their account through Bank of America and am going to advise every business I come into contact with to do the same.
