Bought 10 of those lamps only a little over this past year at Homedepot. Bought 1 light after mounted didn't work on all. Recently my first lamp blew out. Visited change it and also the entire inside was burned and dropped out. Another installation simply had a lamp blow-out and visited substitute that lamp and again the entire inside is melted and burnt - this time around the cables were actually burnt. I'll be pleased to post pictures. Today I am worried about another 8 accessories. We were thinking about changing our accessories with one of these although not anymore.
