Bad customer service. Defective product

Purchased a prelit Christmas tree this past year. Saved it in an excellent area, in the padded storage carrier, in a temperature-controlled atmosphere. It had been employed for perhaps 60 times. Half the lamps do not work today. I changed the fuzes, and lights with accessories included. Sadly, I needed more lights. Garden Ridge, doesn't bring substitutes, they explained " purchase a lighting chain in the home website, consider the lamps from the garden ridge foundation, consider fresh lamps off depot lamps, construct the brand new lamp, and substitute in pine. I did so this for 5 hours nowadays, you know what fails. Cover, the shop won't provide me a contact range for that producer. This pine price 200 this past year, must last several period. Last pine I'd, purchased at large tons survived ten years, so when lights burned-out, they'd them available. What's wrong with garden form? How can they remain in company?
