Sold me a DLP TV Lamp as new when it was used and defective

When the lamp on my DLP TV needed replaced I called samsung and received the name of a company that sells their parts, NISI. I purchased what they said was a new lamp for $173.00. I put it in the TV per their instructions. WHen the TV did not work I called a repair service thinking there must be another problem with my TV. The repairmen informed me the only thing wrong with the TV was the lamp. They said that the lamp was not new and asked to see the box. When I showed them the box NISI had sold the lamp in they immediately said that is not samsung packaging and this was not a new lamp. They went back to NISI with me and told the girl who sold me the lamp that this was a used and defective lamp. SHe then handed them a new lamp in the proper samsung packaging. She insisted that is how samsung sent her the lamp and the repairmen actually called her on that. I contacted samsung again to inform them of this scam that had been perpetrated by one of their representatives and complained. THey denied that any lamp was ever sent out in anything other than the official Samsung packaging. I then asked them to refund the $75.00 I had to pay the repairmen for replacing the defective lamp and they said NISI would need to do that. NISI refuses to refund the extra money I am out because of their dishonesty. If they had sold me a new lamp in the first place the repairmen would not have been called. I think NISI should refund the $75.00. After all they tried to pass off used merchandise as new and accepted full payment for it. That is fraud! Peggy, Plano TX.
