Big Lots solar lamp post black metal - solar lights lamp post

I bought a solar lamp post this spring. Because of the heat I did not get to put it up until this fall. It seems to me this product was put back on the shelf for resale after it was returned. I had to replace the batteries the next day. I found that the screws had been striped and one missing. Also the battery holder case was broke. I would like a replacement for this product but I have thrown the recipt and the box away thinking this lamp post would work. I purchased another one 2 years ago and it works fine. Could you please let me know if I could get another one to replace this one that is damaged.
