I made an online purchase from this company on Oct. 30. The item was not in stock, although they took my money for it. I have been waiting on my refund since then. I have called and emailed this company a dozen times and always get the same responce-they will contact their accounting dept. To send refund... It is Jan. 23 and I am still waiting on my refund.
