I placed an order for a wallpaper border on 11/21. I am still waiting for a full refund of an item that they did not have. I have been given a run around. Tge woman who claims to be the manager was extremely rude, and not willing to help. She tld me she has no contact other than email with the accounting department. She told me the "Owner" was Tammy Billings, and I have left messages for a call back, but she has no voicemail. I have tried several times to get this resolved. I am now filing a complaint with the Ohio BBB and paypal
