Home Depot natick Kitchen cabinets - Decora cabinets

In early October we ordered Kitchen cabinets worth $18,000 from Home Depot Natick. We had a good designer (Sharon) that helped us with the process. Based on her recommendation we went with Decora company. We were told they are very reliable, and the rep (Jason) came and met us at the store to tell us he will provide full support through the process. He gave us his email and asked us to email him with any issues.
The majority of the kitchen arrived without problems in 4-6 weeks as promised. My intaller camme and realized that the center island was missing the 2 legs that were ordered correctly by Sharon, but never fulfilled by the company. That was the beginning of December. Since then multiple emails have gone to Jason without any response. We are working with Jodi at HD who does her best to get the legs to us, but she is given a differnet story every time she tries to call Decora. Today she was told the legs will not be available for another 10 days. We have no kitchen, no countertops for over 6 weeks. Who can make up for such inconvenience?
