Little to NO customer service

I had not read all the bad stuff about these people until after I started having problems. I had placed my order and it stated it would be shipped in 1-3 business days. I had called customer service and all you get is recordings asking you to leave a message.

After I finally got in contact with someone in sales, he told me the earliest for shipment was 2-4 business days.By the 4th day it still was not shipped. I called sales again since that was the only way to speak with a real person. He told me he could not tell me anything about my order to leave a message and someone would contact me. When I asked why I always get a recording when I dial any other number he said, "Well mam, they must just be busy." He was very rude. I would not trust these people. They promise to ship out your item and then never do.
