All around awful experience - watch

I ordered a watch which was supposed to ship within 3-5 business days, but was assured that most items ship within 24 hours. The money was taken from my account the next day. The item never shipped... 6 business days later I tried to contact customer service... The 24/7 customer service phone number has an answering machine stating, "our office is closed. Check our website for business hours." Well, the website states 24/7!! And the 24/7 online chat with a customer service rep could not give me any info regarding the order. (Mind you, I only made contact with them after about 20 attempts, receiving the message "all our reps are offline. Try again later.") I was merely told that the item "usually ships within 3-5 business days like it states on our website" So, no guarantee when it will ship, no way to know... Hmmm. It usually ships in 3-5 days, but could be months... Or years... No guarantees there. I tried to cancel my order several times, but could not reach anyone. So, I sent an email which is "usually answered the same day." But, surprise surprise... No answer 3 days later! Finally, I spoke to a real person who said she would cancel the order once she contacts the warehouse to verify that it was not shipped TOMORROW. Well, the website also states "tracking within one day" but even customer service cannot track the item. Now I am told that my money will "usually be back in my account within 3-5 business days"... I'm still waiting! How can a company charge your account before the item even ships? That is wrong. This company is quick to take your money, slow to ship, and slow to put your money back in your account. "Usually" I know better... Amazon shipped the same watch to me same day, didn't charge my account until the item had shipped, and I received the item two days later with regular shipping. I will never order from this company again.
