I waited 8 days for an appt. When the tech came, he solved nothing and created a new problem. 2 or 3 calls later, I finally got a supervisor's supervisor on the phone, or so he said. He promised to resolve the problem, send a tech out the same evening, and call me back in 30 minutes to an hour. Nothing. Another 2 calls. One customer service tried to resolve the audio problem that the tech created, but it didn't work. The other customer service rep on the graveyard shift told me honestly there was nothing she could do and that I had to call back in the morning to get a "same day" appt. Next day I call in the morning and get a supervisor who is able to partially rectify my issue but unable to solve the rest without a tech visit. She makes a same day appt for me with a 10 hour window and a recommendation bet 5PM & 7PM. I wait around again for an entire day until 7. No show. When I call at 7, wondering where the tech is, I am told my appointment was CANCELED! He then proceeds to double talk me and says the only thing he can do is schedule another appt. And that won't be for another 8 days! And that he is the one in charge and his boss is not there and "doesn't talk on the phone." 5 more aggravating minutes later, he finally informs me after I grill him, that I can call back in the morning to get another same day appt. My entire weekend ruined and no resolution.in the meantime, I figured out how to correct the audio static myself, but the original issue is still unresolved! This company has zero integrity and absolutely no respect for their customers. I am glad I found out now before I upgraded my service and switched my phone and internet over. They have been badgering me to do that since June when I signed back up with them.
