Never in a million years

Would I have expected that Sears would have such horrific service. I had a 5 hour window not only with NO courtesy call for arrival... But just no arrival... Called several times only to find out that they would be another 2.5 hours... Then 20 minutes... Then still did not show up. The laugh is that the online appt showed that they arrived at 7:15 pm and customer was not home. Pretty funny since i was waiting at my front door for them. Liars. No accommodations, nothing. Oh, an $80 gift card... Won't hold my breath... The did not once call me. The best they could reschedule is 4 days later. Never again.
