Decorative Concrete Systems
Broken contract - job not completed

Vic Thomas, owner of Decorative - Concrete Systems of Muscle Shoals, Alabama contracted to build a patio, complete a wall structure, re-channel the backyard water, and stain the deck. The contract was signed on or about March 6th, with a completion date of approximately 2 weeks. It is now Aug. 5th, five months later, and the job or contract, is not complete.

-The fire pit is not complete
-We have drainage problems with the system he modified
-Inconsistency in the color of the brick trim
-The stain or color applied is coming up
-The rock backfill committed to behind the wall was not done

To date, he has ignored his commitments to fore fill the contract and ignored letters from my lawyer as well.
