Amigo is Ripoff

I simply received my statement from Amigo Power after being involuntarily changed from NPC. The very first bill never arrived so when I asked (after numerous efforts) they stated it'd include the 2nd statement. I eventually obtained it and my price went from 0.125kWh to 0.2439kWh. That is dishonest to get a business to get this done. I've attempted many times to keep in touch with somebody but can't cope with. Amigo is just a Rip-Off and really should be severely punished by our condition and authorities.
