This product is nothing like what is advertised

I bought a Workx GT Trimmer off a television commercial. It seemed like a good product and something I was very eager to try.

When it arrived it was easy to assemble and seemed sturdy. After charging the battery the big moment was here to finally try it.

What a disappointment.

This product is nothing short of a piece of junk. It has absolutely no power (none) and the trim cord they are so proud of is by far the worst I have ever used. After 5 minutes I am putting this piece of trash back in the box and sending it back. But I am still out the overpriced shipping and handling cost they charge.

I am convinced that the company overcharges on the shipping because they know anyone who has ever used a weedeater will return this over priced junk and the shipping is where they make money.

Do not be deceived-a major rip off.
