Wrong Kitchen Cabinets and Three Extra Weeks of Delays

I ordered kitchen cabinets after many weeks of agonizing meetings, because their salespeople do not know how to use their computers. After the order arrived, I found that they had ordered two key cabinets wrong and that several others were damaged or defective.

They immediately blamed the manufacturer. After over a dozen calls and battles, they promised compensation for the delay "after the kitchen is all finished." After more than three more weeks of delays, the proper cabinets were finally delivered, but the damaged ones were never replaced. My contractor did his best to make use of them and hide the defects.

Then they claimed the promised compensation was given in the form of not charging me a restocking fee for taking back the wrong cabinets and not charging me again when I received the cabinets I had paid for in the first place!
