After buying the Workx GT trimmer, I charged the battery per the manual. After several uses, the battery failed to recharge fully and only provided a max charge for a few minutes. I can trim about a third of my front yard on one charge. I atttempted to contact the company via e-mail and phone with no responses. Once they get your money, they don't want to hear from you, you're on your own. Now I know why they "encourage" you to buy multiple batteries when you buy their trimmer. Without the battery powering at full charge, this trimmer is useless.
