Poor Product advertising - Refund

The Website I ordered from does not clearly say that this is a battery operated, therefore weak and wasteful product, and that the batteries are not included. I should not have to hunt through the website or watch an information video to get such information. There is no one to talk to on the order line. Like many others, my patience, time and money are at an all time low during this global recession, and Pedipaws has wasted all three.

Not only am I stuck with the shipping and handling costs to get the piece of junk in the mail, but I am also stuck with the cost of sending the stupid thing back. Smarten up people!
