Didn't connect the air conditioning on one side and the crawl space was to small to fix it

I purchased a golden west manufactured home in 1999. Unbeknownst to me the air conditioning was not hooked up on one side of the house. The crawl space was to small and the line was on the other side of the opening to the crawl space so nobody was able to fit in and fix it.
