Insta Hang this product is made in china so cheap it broke when i was putting it together the company refunded half of my fee and i had to pay twice for shipping because the return lable had my name listed on it Internet

When i received this product i saw on tv it looked easy to hang pictures and other things on the wall i could not believe it when i got it. It was made so cheap in china and everything was plastic. When i went to put it together the spring broke off and i sent it back along with the free level they give although they do not give you a choice on the phone because it is an automated system. They make you take the free gift but you pay extra for shipping and handling - i sent this entire product back along with the free gift because it is junk and expected a full refund. They also screwed up on the return label they had my name listed as return to instead of their name so i paid twice for shipping and handling. All together this product cost me 30.00 plus dollars they refunded me 15.99 total rip off do not buy this product.
