Aaron Griffin, Liz And Ken Beware: damaged my furniture my claim has gone unanswered!

I reported a household effects damage claim to Morton Van Lines from a short move I made on April 21. They obviously overbooked themselves on that day as they were over 4 hours late and sent over already tired movers who displayed little experience as movers. As they rolled out my teak dresser weighing over 200 pounds, the door swung open as they moved over the door frame and the door swung open and cracked off the upper hinge and was barely hanging on with the bottom hinge. I was watching this happen and they were just going to close the door and continue on until I stopped them. I took pictures immediately. The dresser belonged to my deceased father. It was also a very rainy day and they didn't bother to cover the furniture even though I asked them to use the blanket, so there are water spots as well.

I sent over a claim on May 18 and have not heard anything from them. I talked to Ken on several occasions who seemed like he wanted to help but nothing ever happend. I have called and emailed and still nothing.

I have contacted the furniture company from where my father purchased this dresser and it is currently valued at $2199.00.
