Horrible service

I just recently found this website, so I thought I would add a company to the list. Almost 3 years ago, my husband went to Reality Furniture in York, Pa to purchase bedroom furniture. This is a rent to own store.

He purchased the set for I believe $1500 for 90 days same as cash and he paid it off before the 90 days were up. When the delivery men came to deliver the bedroom furniture, they cracked one of the dresser doors and actually brought the wrong size door for the one peice.

It took us over 1 year to finally get a new drawer from them. I took the old one in that they had delivered and tried to put on our dresser over a year before. The size difference was huge, atleast 6 inches worth. The old door never fit on our dresser and the delivery men just threw it on the floor and left when they initially delivered the furniture.

When I went into this store to give them the door and get the new door, it took almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. There were atleast 3 associates standing behind the counter just talking to each other and I guess they didn't have the time to chat with a CUSTOMER. The door I was holding was very heavy and I was 9 months pregnant at this time. After the three finished their conversation, nothing business related, I overheard the whole thing, they finally came up to me and ask what I wanted. The manager finally came out and helped me. She was very rude. We will never do business with this company ever again.
