North America They refused to reinburse money for lost freezer food Freezer less than a year old Springfield Tennesee

On August 28 I call the company in which I purchased a side by side refrigidare and freezer that it was making a loud noise in the freezer. When they came out they informed us that it was a warranty problem so they called the waranity company and they made five (5) trips each time telling us that the freezer was fixed each time it was not.
We went with out a freezer and refrigidare for over one (1) week due to them telling us that it was fixed each time they left. Finnaly on the last call the owner of the repare company said that it was beyond repair. He helped us get in touch with Electrolux and they replaced the unit on Sept. 5. However, when I turned in my loss food report (just from the freezer) the amount was $461.25 dollars on October 1, they (Electrolus) sent me a check for $50.00.
I'm sorry that did not touch 1/8th of the cost of food that was lost and I did not turn everything in because a lot of it was from our garden.
I'm sorry but I trusted their name and they let me down. I'll never buy another product of theirs and I will tell other people not to buy.
