Frigidaire freezer rip-off

Had 3yr old freezer that was unrepairable as stated by their serviceman and confirmed by company in written report to us (internal sealed system leak of freon) The warrenty states for this condition company will repair or replace at no cast to owner, however they Electrolux Home Products sent us a take it or leave it letter stating their policy was to offer us a 60% replacement cost of product (no tax, delivery cost etc covered in60% offer) and we would have 30 days from date of letter to accept or offer would be withdrawn.

Being in poverty level senior citizens we borrowed the funds and accepted the take it or leave it offer, but had to purchase a lesser quality of freezer due to cast. I feel this is fraud on their part but can't do anything about it aparenty. Just a case poor man at mercy of giant corp heartless exec. That care only in making money anymore.
