I ordered a pair of pants online from Foot Locker for my husband. They were a size that is not available in the store, therefore, I had to order them online.in order to get free shipping, I had them shipped to the store. They did not fit, therefore, I needed to return them. The only way I could return them to the store is if that item is available in the store. If they were available in the store, I wouldn't have bothered ordering them online! So I had to return them and pay $7 to ship them back.
All items whether available in the store or only online should be eligible to be returned to the store.
