Beware of shopping online

After many years of enjoying shopping in their store I ordered three items online and made a mistake in the size on one item. I was informed after it arrived that unlike most stores this company does not provide a prepaid label and somewhere in small print it said this item was not able to be exchanged! I managed to convince the manager to refund my money but then the shipping cost $21.18 to KT, almost half of the cost of the item! They keep the negative info that consumers need to know hidden and don't mention it in the emails. Their online store does not match the service of similar brands. They need to meet industry standards or get out of online shopping. I am mad!
