Was searching the Internet for a possible house or condo to rent in theBremerton, Washington region and was told to check out Craigslist online. Upon arriving to the site I saw several homes and condos for rent.

Then i came acroos an ad from the craigs list stating $900.00 house 4 bedroom, no credit needed as well as no down payment just be taking over the mortgage. I called and spoke to Jennifer. First time she hung up on me because I stated this sounded to good to be true. Then I called back again, I am alwas the 35./36 caller, which seemed kind of odd. So after I talked with her I told her i was skeptical of the $198.00 commitment she hung up on me.

However I did call back again, and she said that was for the listing of the houses, as well as the paper work on the transfering of the deeds and such. I asked if there would be a realator she said no. Just meet the people at their home, in bellview, Washington.

When i got home, i saw someone had the same experience that I did so herefor, I am writing this. Luckly, I didnt dish out any money. I really hope someone does something to her. There is a lot of nieve people out there that would probably give her their money. Accorind to the website it states something like once you get the receipt something about a 30 day thing. Never did call her to ask about that.
