Jennifer Scalzi Will not honer the services they provide!

Why would you hire a properly management company to rent your home for you? Well, I will tell you why my wife and I did. We did not want to take on the phone call's, hear the potential renters opinions of our home, take the time to market the home, actually rent out the home, and screen the people who wanted to rent. We hired this company and at first Jennifer Scalzi (A representative of the company) said she would work closely with us and our home would rent out easily. Not only did we not receive the services listed above but Jennifer felt compelled to share with us the opinions the renters had about our home. We had to take on half of the calls and her marketing tactics was a 4 line description of the home with no pictures on Craigs List!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and it seemed once they received there money everything was good except our house was never rented out and Jennifer just became more intolerable to deal with. UN cordial phone calls telling us how we should improve our home and that was the reason why it was not renting. We love our home and it is well taken care of. I don't think you would want this kind of service, would you?
