Terrible cleaning, terrible service

The cleaning crew they sent showed up late and didn't let me know until I called them to find out if they were still coming. They sent two cleaning men who cleaned only a few things half-ass. They didn't clean the kitchen counters or sink, they didn't clean the bathroom or kitchen floors, they didn't clean the dining room table or coffee table or any windows. And that's just to name a few.

They were in and out in an hour when they were supposed to clean for at least two hours.

When I called the office to complain, they were very rude and didn't care to retain a customer.
