House Cleaning, Said to be "WOW Factor", but was horrible, $200 dollars worth of nothing she told us she would do

I hired Ellyn to do some heavy cleaning as I have not been physically able to and saved my tax return for this purpose. She spread a wet cloth around the floors, not even cleaning around corners, the stove, under tables or chairs. I expected the floors to be waxed (or mop and glo'd) When the floors dried, I had to sweep them to pick up the dirt she shoved around!

She was supposed to clean fingerprints off the walls and doorjams, they were not done. Vacumning, one normally moves chairs and picks pillows up off the floor and heavy cleaning, one cleans the edges, corners, under the tables, picks up the area rugs and vacumn under them, she did not!

When you promise to move things off the counters and clean in the kitchen, she did not! When you clean a sink you clean around the faucets and handles and wash the back board down, she did not!

When you dust you pick things up and clean them off, dust the lamps, the TV. All she did was shove stuff around and wipe with a dirty cloth and missed a lot of dust! This is what I paid $200.00 for her to be here less than 3 hours. That is her idea of heavy cleaning and promised work to be done!
