Poor quality product!

I bought a bed and container springs May from the nearby Mattress Store. It had been a Marsala Luxurious collection with low-profile Container. I realized that the substance that encloses this bed was just starting to split apart in a number of places. It had been on both sides of the bed. I contact the neighborhood supervisor who arrived and examined and concurred that their was substance giving way. She informed her sales consultant for John within Illinois and was informed the substance isn't protected underneath the guarantee for John, even although you continue point and find out the promise of the complete ten years against problem supplies or defective design. I'venot actually had this bed for 5 years and they'll not recognize their promise. Our suggestion to people buying bed would be to prevent this well-known organization as their item is minor at-best.
