Groupon - FastKlean complain

We got Groupon 's FastKlean voucher for - Begin the Spring Clean Early with a Deep Professional Home Clean Service Including Two Bedrooms, Kitchen, Toilet, Lounge and Hallway with FastKlean for £29 instead of £99 http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/london/fastklean/206276

As they were very busy, they confirmed it will be one cleaner for 4 hours, deal was for two hours with up to three experts and fully-insured cleaner.

The cleaner was a young boy, who probably has not done much cleaning in his house.in FastKlean confirmation email you've mentioned the cleaner would call your office before cleaning to confirm the place is good to clean within a deal payment and no extra jobs and payments will be necessary. The cleaner didn't know about it, he didn't actually speak English.

We've left the cleaner alone for 4 hours and came back to find the floors in the kitchen, bathroom, under the bed in the bedroom (bed is 30cm above the ground, it's easy to vacuum underneath it, without much bending and effort), floor under high TV stand - all were not cleaned at all. Same with the heated towel rack in the bathroom. The deal was for a 2 bedroom place, ours is 1 bedroom, new and clean so we were expecting the cleaner will make the place sparkling after 4 hours. Unfortunately I didn't see much difference to what it was before.

We called FastKlean offices and spoke to the manager as soon as we saw the dirty floors however the manager was very unprofessional, aggressive, very rude and offensive.

It was a waste of my money and I can only be glad I had a Groupon deal and didn't pay the full price! I would never recommend FastKlean to anyone.
