The young woman who came to clean my house told that she had a Masters degree.
It sure wasn't in house cleaning. She did not touch my microwave. She told me she was done and I asked if she had wet mopped the floors and when she said no, I showed her how to use the wet swiffer. She mopped around kitchen furniture! The bathroom sink is not clean and she did not use the vacuum at all. I have two cats and there was as much hair when she left as there was when she came. Please do not use this company without asking what they are expected to do. She put clean sheets on the beds but, I have never seen it done so poorly. I wanted to wring her neck after I walked around the house but it was too late she had gone. She said she only had to stay 2 hours and boy, did she ever stretch out making 3 beds.
