Is a dishonest fraudulent ripoff business that mistreated and ripped me off

I, Leroy J.M. & Ramoma M. Applied for and were approved and recieved the HomeDepot Home Improvement Warehouse credit cards, (2 credit cards). The first card: Leroy M., card #7228 00XXXX with credit limit of $6,000.00. The second card: Ramona M. Card #9150 03XXXX with a credit limit of $6000.00.

Our highly respectable family's commercial construction business, has a huge account with your company, Home Depot, and has literally spent not just thousands but millions of dollars with your company. We sincerely appreciate doing business with you and will continue to. However, there is a credit due of -$140.58 refund for windsor wall terra cotta blocks that we returned.

I believe where the confusion may be is that the original purchase was charged to the Ramona M. Account. Then upon return for credit, the refund amount was credited to the Leroy M. Account. I have reviewed all of the charges and credits of both accounts and cannot find the credit due to me for the return of the blocks on either account. The refund ticket number is #24015XX on 10/01/00.

Invoice # 81711XX. I would appreciate a reply or a phone call to update me on the status and outcome of my credit due to me. Please feel free to request any copies of reciepts, invoices, or bills. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
