Simple
they charged $1000 for a simple water heater purchase and install. (everyone else charges $400) they also mangled it by trying to move it after it was filled with water! It also was too big for the space so the door would not close.
They make a big deal about only hiring drug free family men. So they have no excuse for shoddy work.
Pathetic.
