Do not deal with this dishonest company

I recently had the misfortune of using Affordable Water Heaters & Plumbing to replace my water heater. As soon as the technician, Manuel, arrived without checking the water hear for any problems he immediately said that I needed a new water heater. Then he connected me to Mitch their sales manager who tried to sell me a water heater for $2500. When I balked at the high price he reduced the price to about $1500 which as I found out later was still about $500 more expensive than I should have paid.

I was just out of hospital with surgery and was still under medication. So if you are a potential customer out there please do not fall prey to these dishonest people they just want to take advantage of vulnerable people.

I am interested to find out from other victims of this company if you took any action that helped you recover any of the money that these crooks charged you. Thanks and good luck with staying away from the crooks and the scums at Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing.
