Customer no service on claims for property damage during delivery ripoff Alpharetta Georgia

While delivering a refrigerator they damaged my front stoop with thier hand truck. I used their system two weeks to report it and they have yet to do a thing about it. I also called the store and they referred me to customer no service in Indiana, I am in Georgia. They sold me adn delivered it the next day but after they got the money they have forgotten my name.
