Alpharetta HHGregg BAD SERVICE

The HHgregg in Alpharetta Georgia is terrible I went to pick up my microwave which they had, they took it outside to see if it would fit in my car it wouldn't fit so I thought I would go back inside and let them hold it for a few minutes so I could get my truck to use. Well as I went back inside nobody helped me, it was as if I wasn't even there, I asked if they could hold it they said no I need to write that up again sir and go through a huge process. Well I was mad so I just walked out and forced the microwave into my car. Everyone in the store was very rude. I will never shop at hhgregg again.
