Lifetime Warranty Screens Not Replaced for Two Years

For almost two years I have tried to get someone to send me two screens that have come apart or damaged by weather. I am seriously thinking of getting another company to redo the whole job. We have a lifetime warranty on their job and they will do nothing. About two months ago I talked to a lady the said she had ordered the screens she faxed me a receipt where she had ordered them, but as of yet, no reply and no screens.
