I purchased the solar screens for my house back in March 04, well over $800 worth. I promised the screens would be in, in a couple of weeks. Never showed. Had to call Sandy several times to get delivery. Made appointment finally with installer to be at our house at 6:00pm to install, well at 7:30 they still were not there. We went to go eat only to come back at 8:45pm with installer just getting to our house.installer installed screens in the dark (no flash light or any kind of light). Got up next morning to see work that we could not see the night before only to discover that the screens were barely attached to house and that they has caged in lizards in between to of the screens.

Also noitced that 2 of the largest screens were miss sized and did not fit properly. Called Sandy and to this date (08/17/04 our screens still have not all be attached properly, nor did she ever replaced miss sized large screens (sd she never knew anything about it) and we still have 2 small screens that go on 3rd floor office that never have even been put on after several calls made and she sent out her 16 year old son to do the work. Poor kid was scared to death.

Tried calling Sandy after her son could not put on small screens and did not have the miss sized screens which we were told were order 3 mth's back. This women we noticed has moved from Rockwall to Forney to probably cover her tracks. She cannot have a stable employee. Request receipt and list of what was ordered and have yet to receive anything from her. Be ware of Sunny Shades or any business deal made with Sandy Casteen!!!
