When searching eBay for screens for repair on laptops etc. They are known to ship the wrong screens more that once. Ship broken screens, the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. They will not refund your money, they will continue to ship via USPS. If you order more than one screen, they will package them together in a small box for you to open and find out they are smashed. Yet eBay still lets them operate on their website under different names, and some how accomplishes a gold rating.
