Ripoff dishonest will not settle damage claim

DLux movers shipped my household goods from Dallax, TX to Niceville, FL in August.

In addition to their normal insurance, I paid for additional insurance up to $70000 in damages. Also paid extra for special packing. However, there was approximately $5000 dollars in damages to my furniture and other goods during shipment.

A claim was submitted with backup documentation, however the company refuses to settle the claim. They do not answer any phone calls nor letters. I have won a legal suit action in county court, but still no response.
